Mr. Vargas is a well-respected appraisal executive and is considered an expert in the field of residential real estate appraisal and the valuation of complex, high value properties. Mr. Vargas possesses more than 25 years of regional appraisal experience. The residential division completes thousands of appraisals and appraisal reviews per year, covering a wide range of property types within the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut areas.
Vanderbilt Residential has performed over 50,000 appraisal assignments since 2003 in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. The team works extensively with various banks and law firms, performing appraisals for mortgage financing, litigation support, valuation for matrimonial cases, and trust and estate planning.
